【Fall 2027 Admissions Preview】International Master Program in Advanced Semiconductor Packaging and Testing

國立中山大學半導體及重點科技研究學院「先進半導體封測研究所國際碩士專班」預計於116學年度（2027年秋季）招收外國學生，歡迎有興趣的學生提前了解相關招生資訊。

The International Master Program in Advanced Semiconductor Packaging and Testing at National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU) is preparing to welcome international applicants for Fall 2027. Interested students are encouraged to learn more about the program and prepare for the upcoming application period.

本所提供足夠之全英語授課課程，可滿足學生畢業所需之修課要求。

The institute offers sufficient English-taught courses to fulfill the coursework requirements for graduation.

一、招生簡章公告及預計申請期間

1. Admission Guidelines Release and Expected Application Period

招生簡章預計公告時間： 2026年12月中旬。

Expected Release of Admission Guidelines: Mid-December 2026.

預計申請期間： 2027年1月15日至3月15日。

Expected Application Period: January 15 – March 15, 2027.

The official admission guidelines have not yet been released. Final application dates and requirements are subject to the University's official announcement.

二、預計申請所需文件

1. 推薦信1封。

One recommendation letter.

2. 研究計畫書1份。

One research plan.

One autobiography in English.

4. 審查基本資料表。

4. Application Information Form for International Students.

審查基本資料表包含學業總平均成績（GWA）等資訊，建議申請者提前向就讀或畢業學校確認並準備相關成績資料，以利後續申請。

The Application Information Form for International Students includes academic information such as the General Weighted Average (GWA). Applicants are encouraged to check their GWA with their current or previous university and prepare the relevant academic records in advance.

正式表件預計於2026年12月中旬隨116學年度招生簡章公告，請以正式公告內容為準。

The official form is expected to be released with the Fall 2027 admission guidelines in mid-December 2026. Please refer to the official announcement for the final requirements.

5. 其他有助審查之相關資料（例如：專業技能、教育、經驗、成就等）。

Relevant supporting materials, such as professional skills, education, experience, or achievements.

6. 英語能力證明文件。

English Language Proficiency Certificate.

未符合免附英語能力證明標準者，預計須符合以下任一標準：

Applicants who do not qualify for an exemption are expected to meet one of the following minimum English proficiency requirements:

  • TOEFL iBT：72分以上 / TOEFL iBT: 72 or above.

  • IELTS：5.5以上 / IELTS: 5.5 or above.

  • TOEFL ITP (Level 1)：543分以上及 Speaking Test 48分以上 / TOEFL ITP (Level 1): 543 or above and Speaking Test: 48 or above.

  • Duolingo：100分以上 / Duolingo English Test: 100 or above.

◎ 菲律賓籍申請者免附英語能力證明

◎ English Proficiency Exemption for Filipino Applicants

依本校現行招生規定，菲律賓屬於本校認定之英語系國家，因此菲律賓籍申請者得免附 TOEFL、IELTS、TOEFL ITP 或 Duolingo 等英語能力測驗成績。

Under NSYSU's current admission guidelines, the Philippines is recognized as an English-speaking country. Therefore, Filipino applicants are eligible for an exemption from submitting English proficiency test scores, such as TOEFL, IELTS, TOEFL ITP, or Duolingo.

菲律賓籍申請者仍須提供國籍證明文件，並將相同文件分別上傳至線上申請系統之「國籍證明」及「英語能力證明」兩個欄位。

Filipino applicants must upload their proof of nationality to BOTH the "Certificate of Nationality" and "Certificate of English Language Proficiency" fields in the online application system.

7. 就學補助金核發與返還及畢業後就業服務同意聲明。

7. Consent Statement for the Disbursement and Return of Study Subsidies and Provision of Post-Graduation Employment Services.

請先詳閱本公告第六節之相關規定，並於正式招生簡章公告後，依規定於報名期間簽署同意聲明並上傳至線上申請系統。

四、獎學金、就學補助金與工讀機會

4. Scholarship, Study Subsidy, and Part-Time Work Opportunities

就學兩年期間，預計提供以下補助及工讀機會：

The following financial support and part-time work opportunities are expected to be available during the two-year study period:

1. 就學補助金 / Study Subsidy

合作企業預計提供每名外籍生二年合計約新臺幣43萬元之就學補助金，包括：

Partner enterprises are expected to provide each international student with approximately NTD 430,000 in study subsidies over two years, including:

（1）生活費：每月新臺幣10,000元。

Living Allowance: NTD 10,000 per month.

（2）租屋費：每月新臺幣3,000元。

Housing Allowance: NTD 3,000 per month.

（3）學雜費補助：兩年期學雜費由合作企業補助一半、本學院減免一半。

Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees: Full coverage for two years, with half subsidized by the partner enterprise and the other half waived by the College.

2. 獎學金 / Scholarship

本學院預計提供每月新臺幣2,000元獎學金，最長核發24個月。

The College is expected to provide a scholarship of NTD 2,000 per month for a maximum of 24 months.

3. 工讀機會 / Part-Time Work Opportunities

外籍生就讀碩二期間，合作企業提供校外工讀機會，實際安排依企業為準，每月至多40小時。

During the second year of the master's program, partner enterprises provide international students with off-campus part-time work opportunities of up to 40 hours per month, subject to the arrangements of the partner enterprises.

穎崴科技為全球IC測試介面重要供應商，致力於半導體測試技術、產品研發及創新服務。

WinWay Technology is a leading global supplier of IC testing interfaces, specializing in semiconductor testing technology, product development, and innovative solutions.

六、就學補助金核發與返還機制及畢業後就業服務說明

6. Explanation of Study Subsidy Disbursement and Repayment Mechanism, and Post-Graduation Employment Service

每位外籍生經通知錄取入學，應簽署並繳回「就學補助金核發與返還及畢業後就業服務同意聲明」後始完成入學報到程序，「就學補助金核發與返還及畢業後就業服務同意聲明」內容說明如下：

Upon receiving admission notification, each international student must sign and submit the " Consent Statement for the Disbursement and Return of Study Subsidies and Provision of Post-Graduation Employment Services" to complete the enrollment process. The details of this agreement are as follows:

1.

就學二年期間，合作企業將提供每名外籍生就學補助金約計新臺幣(以下同)43萬元，包括：生活費每月1萬元、租屋費每月3千元及兩年期學雜費補助約計12萬元;另由本學院減免兩年期學雜費約計12萬元。

1.Study Subsidy: During the two-year study period, the partner enterprise will provide each international student with a study subsidy totaling approximately NTD 430,000, which includes:

˙A monthly living allowance of NTD 10,000.

˙A monthly housing allowance of NTD 3,000.

˙A tuition and miscellaneous fees subsidy of approximately NTD 120,000 for the two-year period. Additionally, the institute will waive tuition and miscellaneous fees, valued at approximately NTD 120,000 over two years.

外籍生於畢業後應立即至合作企業就業服務至少二年，倘若未能完成畢業(包括非因不可抗力之因素自行選擇終止學業或因未符合相關規定被退學等)或畢業後未至合作企業完成二年就業服務，應於事件發生後一週內返還就學期間已受領合作企業就學補助金總額之50%(返還金額以21.5萬元為上限)予合作企業。

2.Provision of Post-Graduation Employment Services: Upon graduation, international students are required to commence employment with the partner enterprise for a minimum of two years. If a student fails to graduate (including voluntarily withdrawing for reasons other than force majeure or being expelled for non-compliance with regulations) or does not complete the two-year employment service with the partner enterprise, they must repay 50% of the total study subsidy received from the partner enterprise (up to a maximum of NTD 215,000) within one week of the event.

若外籍生入學後發生不可抗力的因素下須中止學業，經本學院查證屬實且獲合作企業同意後，則無需返還在學期間合作企業提供之就學補助金。

3.Force Majeure Exemption: If an international student must discontinue their studies due to force majeure, and this is verified by the institute and approved by the partner enterprise, no repayment of the study subsidy received during the study period will be required.

外籍生畢業後已進入合作企業服務但未滿二年，應依其未服務之月數比例返還就學期間已受領就學補助總額之50%(返還金額以21.5萬元為上限)；不滿一個月者，以一個月計。

4.Partial Employment Repayment: If an international student begins employment with the partner enterprise but does not complete the full two-year service period, they must repay 50% of the total study subsidy received, proportional to the number of months not served (up to a maximum of NTD 215,000). Any period less than one month will be counted as a full month.

During the second year of the master’s program, international students may be offered up to 40 hours per month of part-time work opportunities by the partner enterprise.
